The Rhinobuild Tingle Plate keeps long string lines straight and true by supporting them at the midpoint, so they don’t sag. A simple but essential tool for bricklayers, it helps maintain accurate, level courses across long runs of brickwork and blockwork.
When a string line runs over a long distance, it naturally dips in the middle, which can throw courses out of level. The tingle plate is set on a brick at the centre of the run to support the line at the correct height. Its notched design lets the string pass under and over the plate, holding it securely in place while you work.
Measuring 115 x 50mm and made from 1.5mm-thick zinc-plated steel, the plate is compact enough to sit neatly on a brick, yet sturdy enough to withstand daily site use without bending. The Silver Zinc Plating finish provides reliable corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance in all weather conditions.
