Rhinobuild Dori Block – 50.8mm Profiles

The Rhinobuild Dori Block clamps onto a 50.8mm brickwork profile and holds two string lines at once, so you can set the corner and the return from a single block. Both lines stay true and tight, and as the wall rises you simply slide the block up the profile course by course. It’s a quick, accurate way to keep your lines right on every lift.

It’s a line block, not a profile clamp. It fixes to the profile itself to carry your string lines, and works alongside Rhinobuild’s brick clamps and printed profiles as part of a complete setting-out system. It’s compatible with 50.8mm steel and aluminium profiles.

The block is supplied with Rhinobuild’s RHINOGRIP thumbscrew, which can be fitted on either side. You can set it up to suit left- or right-hand corners, or whichever side gives the easiest access on site. The thumbscrew gives a secure clamping action, holding the block firmly in place on the profile while still allowing quick adjustment between courses.

Manufactured from heavy-duty zinc-plated steel and finished in Silver Zinc Plating, the Dori Block offers excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life in all site conditions.
